'Living Being II - Night Walker', the latest album by accordionist Vincent Peirani, has received the prestigious French music award 'Victoires du Jazz' as Album of the Year. The award ceremony will take place on 16.10. in Paris and is on 26.10. at 10:00 pm on France 5 television.
With the album Peirani, arguably today's most important innovator of the accordion in jazz, once more enters uncharted territory. Together with his high-caliber band, he creates a highly atmospheric, extremely multi-faceted music between jazz and rock, with original compositions and spectacular arrangements of the music of Led Zeppelin.
